The Making of Swan Lake

Welcome to the behind the scenes of the original version of the world’s most famous ballet – Swan Lake – lovingly reconstructed by choreographer Alexei Ratmansky.

Miami City Ballet held the exclusive North American premiere of Alexei Ratmansky’s Swan Lake on Friday, February 11, 2022. More than 50 dancers adorned the stage in glittering costumes to tell the story of Prince Siegfried, Princess Odette, her fellow spellbound maidens, the evil Baron, and the impostor Odile.
