Development Executive Assistant

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Executive Assistant will provide key administrative support to help the fundraising department achieve its annual revenue goals. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key member of the individual giving team and will also provide administrative support to the Director of Development. The Executive Assistant will be a self-starter who prioritizes competing demands, hosts and coordinates meetings, schedules travel arrangements, drafts correspondence and briefings, processes expenses, and maintains donor records in Tessitura. The Executive Assistant will be expected to attend performances and special events to greet guests and will interact with staff at every level across departments.

Ballet Bus Group Leader

Miami City Ballet is looking for a group leader to join the “Ballet Bus” program team. Miami City Ballet’s Ballet Bus is a Community Engagement program, which provides dance training to students in school communities within Miami Dade County schools. The group leader provides leadership, ensuring safety and direct supervision of children in the Ballet Bus Dance Education program.
