Donor Relations Coordinator

The Donor Relations Coordinator works closely with the Director of Development and relationship managers to ensure that all our donors have meaningful experiences with the Company. The Donor Relations Coordinator will implement year-round activities and touch points that deepen our relationships with our donors, which encourages them to continue and deepen their commitment to us.

Associate Director of Individual Giving

The Associate Director of Individual Giving will report to the Director of Development and will be responsible for managing the Friends and MCB School annual giving programs with an eye towards growth and increased retention. The Associate Director of Individual Giving will be collaborative and results-orientated while partnering with staff in Development, Marketing, School and Community Engagement. The Associate Director of Individual Giving will also serve as an ambassador for MCB donors and prospects.

ARTS GRANT WRITER

Reporting to the Director of Foundation and Government Relations, the Arts Grant Writer composes applications and compliant reports to institutional funders and conducts prospect research to increase the institutional funding portfolio. This position collaborates with the Director of Foundation and Government Relations and other staff throughout the organization to assist in achieving positive financial outcomes. While majority of responsibilities relate to writing, there are opportunities for growth.
