Miami City Ballet’s Corporate Council is a diverse collection of philanthropic leaders from companies across South Florida who support MCB’s belief in the power of dance to change lives.
As part of the MCB family, these corporate leaders help further our Company’s goal of providing world-class dance to all members of our diverse community. Every year, MCB’s outreach efforts transform the lives of more than 110,000 community members in the South Florida region.
At MCB, we are committed to ensuring that everyone has access to our art form. That is why we support a wide variety of outreach initiatives, ranging from in-class presentations at local schools and sensory-friendly performances for children on the autism and behavioral disorders spectrum, to special pre-performance tours for patrons with visual impairments and free ballet classes and bus transportation for children from Title 1 schools for up to a decade of their young lives.
This year, I am particularly excited to announce that our Corporate Council will be underwriting a FREE matinee of the Nutcracker solely for children and family members who are served by non-profits and charities in South Florida.
Working behind the scenes, members of our Corporate Council are integral to making all of these efforts possible.
I invite you to join the Corporate Council and participate in the continuing success of these programs. We welcome your input and look forward to having you join our MCB family.
See you at the ballet,
