Emily Bromberg

Emily Bromberg began her training at Rolann’s School of the Dance in Longwood, Fla., and Southern Ballet Theater (now known as Orlando Ballet). At the age of 10 she moved to Boston and trained at the Academy of Ballet Arts. At 14, she attended the summer and year-round programs at Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, D.C. She then finished her high school years at Boston Ballet School where she performed in the corps de ballet in many productions with Boston Ballet.
After graduating, Bromberg spent four years as a company member of Festival Ballet Providence. During that time, she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rhode Island College. After her debut as Kitri in Don Quixote and attending the 2006 International Ballet Competition, she moved to Denver where she performed soloist and principal roles with Colorado Ballet. She joined Miami City Ballet as a corps de ballet member in 2010 and was promoted to soloist in 2015.
In 2014, Bromberg had the privilege of portraying the role of Juliet in Miami City Ballet’s production of John Cranko’s Romeo and Juliet.
