New This Fall in the Community Division!

There is something for everyone this fall! Our new schedule begins, Monday, September 17. Joining the schedule are Barre and Latin Night Series: The Art of Flamenco.

New! Barre

Looking for an effective, low impact workout? Barre mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. This full-body workout emphasizes form, alignment and core engagement. Join us for Barre class to strengthen, lengthen and find your core. All fitness levels are welcome!

Class will be taught by Teressa Cee, a former NBA Miami HEAT Dancer.

Beginning: Wednesday, September 19 at 10 a.m.


New! Latin Dance Series: Introduction to the Art of Flamenco

For those who have never taken flamenco class before, or need a refresher, Introduction to the Art of Flamenco is the class for you. This class introduces flamenco’s basic elements by developing a foundation in its various techniques including rhythms, posture, footwork, hand and arm movement, as well as styling and expression.

Class will be taught by Rosa Mercedes, a Master Teacher hailed by Dance Magazine as “a virtuoso”.

Beginning: Thursday, September 20 at 7:45 p.m.
