Miami City Ballet has been a source of joy, inspiration, and healing for more than 35 years. We teach, we rehearse, we perform – we transform lives.
We believe dance is about inclusion, about bringing people together in a shared environment, and experiencing art in deeply personal ways. We tell stories that we can identify with and that take us on different emotional journeys. Stories help us feel less isolated, more united, and more connected, something we all crave.
This Give Miami Day, we invite you to join our Transforming Lives Campaign. Your gift will bring our performances – and the stories we tell – to life in many ways. You will transform the lives of 200 children and youth enrolled in our school and the 20,000 people who experience dance – often for the first time – through our community programs.
As a thank you to everyone who allows Miami City Ballet to thrive, we have a special treat in-store – the world premiere of a new digital work by MCB dancer and choreographer Ariel Rose, Amorada Pas de Deux is our loving gift to you this Give Miami Day.
Amorada Pas de Deux
Join us on Thursday, November 18 for the world premiere of a new digital work, choreographed by MCB dancer and choreographer Ariel Rose, featuring dancers Nina Fernandes and Renan Cerdeiro.
Amorada Pas Deux “is a celebration of our love for dance, our love for our audiences, and our love for Miami.” (Ariel Rose)
Filmed at our MCB Studios in Miami Beach by Alexander Iziliaev, the work is free and available to all.
