Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Marketing coordinator supports the marketing department by carrying out the daily operational tasks. This position facilitates the duties as part of the marketing staff and assists/services other department to achieve positive outcomes for marketing, sales, communication of the organization. The successful candidate will have strong initiative, a problem solver, and strong work ethic with desire to grow and learn towards their career. Strong organization, time management, strong communication and coordination skills are critical for this role. Available to work on weekend evenings and afternoons on performance days in the season is required.

The Director of Marketing & Audience Development is responsible for all facets of the Miami City Ballet’s single ticket and subscription acquisition marketing and audience development outreach. This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding earned revenue and tickets sold on single tickets and new subscription acquisition. S/he also oversees activities that enhance budget capacity and upholds the brand within the community and industry with activities to increase or expand penetration into target audiences.
Reporting to the Box Office Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact with the marketplace. The CSR provides information to callers via telephone, email, and web-based chat technology to generate ticket sales and subscriptions. The CSRs assume ticket order responsibility and processing of payments during performances and throughout the workweek.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Sales & Audience Services leads sales, retention, and customer engagement functions of the Miami City Ballet to achieve both short and long-term budget, revenue, and customer experience goals. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this hands-on position provides leadership and support of the organization’s Tessitura CRM system, data integrity, and related applications. The Director of CRM and Data Services will facilitate the mastery of the CRM system within the organization,
ultimately defining and implementing the effective use of Tessitura as both a functional tool for housing current patron information and a critical revenue-generation tool.
