Reporting directly to the Director of School Administration and the School Programs and International Relations Manager, this is a full-time position and requires residing at the MCB School dormitories.

The Director of Development is a senior management position responsible for all aspects of planning, executing, and evaluating Miami City Ballet’s (MCB) fund raising program including individual giving, corporate, foundation and government support, and special events. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the DOD will work closely with the Board of Trustees, Board of Directors, the Artistic Director, and the Major Gifts consultant to expand MCB’s philanthropic profile in Florida and nationally.
Miami City Ballet is seeking customer service-oriented, motivated individuals to fill several part-time positions in its Box Office. Must be computer literate with excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and organized. Customer service experience is required.
