The Office Manager and Administrative Assistant is the front-line representative of the Ballet and is responsible for providing general office support to the Artistic Director and the Executive Director. Responsibilities range from answering and directing incoming phone calls, greeting and authorizing visitors, coordinating various internal and external communications, responding to public enquiries, managing building rentals, and coordinating building and service vendors. This position requires a well-spoke, tactful, disciplined person with customer-service skills, customer friendly attitude, and punctuality.
