Administrative Assistant & Office Manager

The Office Manager and Administrative Assistant is the front-line representative of the Ballet and is responsible for providing general office support to the Artistic Director and the Executive Director. Responsibilities range from answering and directing incoming phone calls, greeting and authorizing visitors, coordinating various internal and external communications, responding to public enquiries, managing building rentals, and coordinating building and service vendors. This position requires a well-spoke, tactful, disciplined person with customer-service skills, customer friendly attitude, and punctuality. Discretion and the ability to work well under time constraints are key. This positions reports to the Executive Director.

Summer Chaperones

MCB School is seeking college students or young professionals, age 20 or older, to work as housing chaperones for the MCB Summer Intensive. A background in dance or other arts is desirable, but not required. Previous experience as a chaperone with students ages 12- 19 is preferable.
