Reporting to the Box Office Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact with the marketplace. The CSR provides information to callers via telephone, email, and web-based chat technology to generate ticket sales and subscriptions. The CSRs assume ticket order responsibility and processing of payments during performances and throughout the workweek.

Miami City Ballet’s Ballet Bus is an outreach program which provides dance training to students in school communities within Miami Dade County schools. The group leader provides leadership, ensuring safety and direct supervision of children in the Ballet Bus Dance Education program.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this hands-on position provides leadership and support of the organization’s Tessitura CRM system, data integrity, and related applications. The Director of CRM and Data Services will facilitate the mastery of the CRM system within the organization,
ultimately defining and implementing the effective use of Tessitura as both a functional tool for housing current patron information and a critical revenue-generation tool.
Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, this position is responsible for shaping the visual brand/marketing presentation of Miami City Ballet’s image across multi-media platforms.
