Renewing Subscribers and New Subscribers can order discounted Nutcracker tickets with their subscription order. Nutcracker tickets will be mailed with your Subscription tickets:

* A-1's are the best seats in that section and are available to everyone at all Nutcracker performances. A-1's are available at Programs I-IV for current Artist's Circle donors on opening nights at all theaters and on a limited basis to others at all Adrienne Arsht Center performances. For Nutcracker performances at Broward Center, there are no C seats in the Mezzanine (2nd level from the stage).
** B-1 seating is only at Adrienne Arsht Center.

Special Ticket Requests - To facilitate adjacent seating with friends, all individual Renewal Forms should be submitted in the same envelope, with the request written on the back of each.

Buying Extra Tickets - When guests come to town, Subscribers can order extra tickets through our Box Office at discounted prices. This is subject to availability, of course, and does not apply to Nutcracker. Payment must be made through your account.

Ticket Exchange Benefits - As a subscriber, you enjoy the flexibility of ticket exchange. Simply return your tickets to Miami City Ballet's Box Office at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance and we will accommodate you with our best available seats. If we are unable to exchange within your price category, we will contact you to determine whether you wish an upgrade, if available, at an additional cost, or a downgrade. There are no refunds for downgrades. Exchange requests must include your name, address, phone and requested new performance date and time. There is no fee for subscriber exchanges.

Ticket Turnback Contribution - If you miss the ticket exchange deadline, the Ballet will accept your tickets as a donation and provide you with a tax deductible receipt. Requests must be accompanied by the unused ticket(s).

Group Discounts:
Adults groups of 20 and up save 15% or more on Repertory Programs tickets and on most Nutcracker tickets. Most groups are eligible for one free ticket after 25 purchased, and one additional free ticket after 20 additional purchased for the same show.

If you are a member of a group that bought tickets from us in the 2008-2009 Season, please contact your Group Leader concerning subscription renewal or other ticket purchase questions you may have. If you are interested in forming a new group of twenty or more to purchase tickets at the group discount rate, please call the Group Sales Office at 305.929.7001 or toll free 877.929.7001 or email boxoffice@miamicityballet.org.

Student Discounts:
Students receive approximately 50% off B, C, and D tickets for Programs I, II, III and IV. Valid student ID is required at MCB's Box Office (2200 Liberty Avenue, Miami Beach) or 90 minutes before the performance at the theaters. Student groups of 10 or more can also receive attractive discounts on Nutcracker tickets.

Employee Discount Plan:
Want a no-cost, no-hassle employee benefit? Click here to enroll your company/organization in MCB's Employee Discount Plan, giving your employees/members 10-15% discounts on tickets (*even more at certain shows).

Rush Tickets:
Receive up to 1/3 off select seats for Programs I, II, III and IV starting 90 minutes before the performance at the theater Box Offices.

2010-2011 25th Anniversary Season Tickets
Ticketing information for our upcoming 2010-2011 25th Anniversary Season, which begins in October:

Renew Your Subscription: Full Subscription Renewal forms are currently being mailed. The Full Subscription Renewal deadline is March 31, 2010. After that, we must release non-renewed seats for sale to others.

If you are requesting a seating change or additional subscription seats, complete Section 2 of the Renewal Form and mail the form with your payment immediately. While we must wait until later this spring to determine which seats are available (due to non-renewal), change requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Only a limited number of seats become available, so mail your form and payment now!

Mini Subscription renewal forms will be mailed in mid-March. The deadline to renew your Mini Subscription is April 15, 2010. After that, we must release non-renewed seats.

Get a New Subscription: To sign up for Priority Seating packages, please complete the Discount Package order form (download below) and mail it to us or fax it to 305.929.7012. New Subscriptions will be seated beginning in May, in the date-order your seating request was received – so order now for best seating!

Subscription tickets are normally mailed in September.

Reserve Single-show tickets (Repertory Programs and Nutcracker) before they go on sale to the general public: Advanced reservation forms for single-show tickets (including non-subscriber Nutcracker tickets) will be available on our Web site beginning April 19, 2010; our Box Office will begin seating these requests (in the order they were received) in July.

Single-show and Nutcracker tickets will go on sale online (at miamicityballet.org) and at our Box Office on July 6, 2010. Single-show tickets will go on sale at Adrienne Arsht Center, Broward Center and Ticketmaster in mid-August, and at Kravis Center in late September/early October.
